The hosting provider processes technical connection data, including IP address, time and requested files, to provide and protect the website.

Contact and applications

Your form data is sent over an encrypted connection to our form server at ALL-INKL.COM and emailed to the stated domain address. We use it to handle your request. Temporary technical checks without message content help prevent abuse. There is no automatic newsletter subscription.

Media and external services

Images and the Signature client film load from our webspace. Instagram content is embedded only after clicking “Load video”. Meta then receives technical connection data and may use its own cookies. “Hide Instagram videos” removes loaded embeds. External links and bookings open the respective operators’ services.

Legal bases and retention

Pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries and technical operation under Art. 6(1)(f). Employment applications are processed in particular under Section 26 BDSG. Instagram loads with consent under Art. 6(1)(a); transfers to the USA may occur. Requests are retained as needed for processing and legal duties. Unsuccessful applications are generally deleted after six months unless a legitimate reason requires longer retention.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent for the future. Contact us at the stated address. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
